These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this Cash Back promotional offer (the “Promotional Offer”) for customers, which is sponsored and brought to you by HomeCoat opc Pvt Ltd (“HomeCoat”) and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner Agency”) on the different Paint SKUs together referred to as “Products”. Calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

  • 1. To be entitled for the Promotional Offer, the participants need to purchase any of the Products sold by HomeCoat.

  • 3. The participants have the option to withdraw from the Promotional program at any point of time.
  • 4. The Promotional Offer is a limited period offer valid only in India subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.
  • 5. This Promotional Offer entitles the consumer with cashback credited in UPI linked bank account. The value of cashback will be from Rs.10 to Rs.500. The amount will be credited in the respective wallet as per the code received inside the pack. Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cashback Coupon (“Cash Coupons”) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner end.
  • 6. The cashback will happen only when the wallet reaches to Rs. 50 or more. The UPI transaction charges as applicable, will be deducted from the wallet.

    • Transaction Charges,

    • a. Up to 1000. - Rs.8/-
    • b. 10000 - Rs 12.50/-
    • c. 10000 and above - Rs.19/-.
  • 7. The Cashback amount will be added in the wallet immediately. After claim, amount equal or exceeding 100 will be credited within 24 hours after claim, but in case of Public holiday and weekend the amount will be credited on the next working day.
  • 8. Unique QR code can be redeemed only scanning the QR and entering the details on website for UPI/NEFT/IMPS cashback Reward.
  • 9. In no event UPI/NEFT/IMPS be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer.
  • 10.The unique code cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift Coupon/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
